Your GroundHeal™ sheet contains natural silver threads. To protect its special conductive properties and ensure its longevity, please follow these instructions carefully.
Washing
- Hand wash (Recommended) or machine wash on a GENTLE cycle.
- Use COLD water only.
Drying
- Air-dry only (hang to dry or lay flat).
- DO NOT tumble dry, as heat can damage the silver fibers.
⛔ Important: What to Avoid
To prevent permanent damage to the silver threads, DO NOT use:
- Bleach or Fabric Softeners
- Dryer Sheets
- Whitening or Oxi-detergents
- Detergents containing oils (e.g., lavender, coconut)
- DO NOT iron
Lotions, Oils & Conductivity
- Lotions and body oils can coat the silver threads and block conductivity.
- Please wait at least one hour after applying any skin products before using the sheet.
